The Griffin Center Approach To Hair

At the Griffin Center, we focus on achieving each individual’s unique goals. Dr. Griffin and his team of specialists are committed to helping you look and feel your best.

Hair Loss Prevention / Hair Replacement

The first and most important step is to diagnose the cause of your hair loss. Dr. Griffin evaluates each patient individually, discussing the patient’s hair loss history and family history. Sometimes further evaluation is required, which may include a simple blood test, a hair pull test, a hair count diary, and occasionally, a scalp biopsy; all of which are performed with the utmost concern for your comfort.

After evaluation and diagnosis, Dr. Griffin works with you to devise a treatment plan by explaining your medical and surgical options. Part of the Griffin Center philosophy is to ensure that you understand all of your options, so that you make a comfortable decision about how to achieve the desired result.

Why Trust Us?

You can be confident that Dr. Griffin is a capable surgeon devoted to helping you achieve your best possible results. Membership to the International Alliance of Hair Restoration Surgeons is the hallmark of a proven leader in surgical hair restoration. Potential members must be meticulously screened and judged on technique, skill, and character before membership is granted. For example, applying surgeons must receive positive recommendations from several physicians who have undergone surgery performed by the IAHRS applicant. Dr. Griffin and his fellow IAHRS members are the only hair transplant surgeons that The American Hair Loss Association recommends.

Demonstrating his commitment to the advancement of hair restoration, Dr. Griffin has also been an esteemed member of the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery since 1993. This non-profit group of over 750 licensed Physicians, who specialize in hair-loss or Alopecia, is dedicated to furthering hair restoration practices and promoting camaraderie amongst practitioners through regularly published white papers and professional conferences.
